For the protection of the yacht's teak wood decks, outdoor shoes must be removed upon boarding. They will be stored safely by the crew. You can walk barefoot or bring clean, soft-soled indoor slippers.
Yes, all our yachts are equipped with clean bathrooms (toilets) and bedrooms. You can use the rooms to change into swimwear or store your belongings during the party.
Absolutely. Children are welcome on board. We provide life jackets for all ages (including kids) and the crew is trained to ensure safety. Children must be supervised by adults at all times.
Yes, paid parking is available at Dubai Marina Mall (for Marina departures) or the dedicated parking at Dubai Harbour. We will share the exact parking location pin with your booking confirmation.

To secure your booking slot, we typically require a 50% advance deposit. The remaining balance can be paid in cash or card upon arrival at the yacht.

Coast Guard safety is our priority. If the weather is officially declared unsafe, we will offer you a free reschedule to a new date or a refund, depending on the circumstances.
